People and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.

Naomi Richman

Founder / creative director

Naomi Richman is the founder of MissionCriticAI, a diagnostic learning platform that equips tweens and teens to resist algorithmic manipulation. Built as a direct-to-child intervention, MissionCriticAI combines emotionally honest storytelling, visual satire, and autonomy-centered curriculum to foster critical AI literacy. Its modular design supports opt-in monetization, platform-specific engagement (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and landscape-oriented visual metaphor libraries tailored for ages 11–15.

Her systems-based approach draws from a multidisciplinary background that includes holistic healthcare, symbolic logic, and diagnostic design. Influenced by early exposure to classical Chinese philosophy, binary reasoning, and intergenerational dialogue around artificial intelligence and software testing, Naomi developed a framework for helping young people recognize patterns, question systems, and build emotional and epistemic resilience. MissionCriticAI translates these foundations into scalable tools for youth autonomy—offering a rare blend of technical insight, philosophical depth, and narrative clarity.

Molly BD Stern serves as Teen Outreach Coordinator for MissionCriticAI, where she leads youth engagement strategy with a focus on autonomy, emotional literacy, and critical resistance to algorithmic influence. With over a decade of experience in intercultural education and nonprofit leadership, Molly has trained hundreds of faculty and staff across global institutions, designed workshops for diverse audiences—from climate entrepreneurs to university students—and built over 60 B2B partnerships to support mission-driven initiatives. Her leadership style is relational and empowering, guiding teams of consultants and interns in the creation of innovative educational products that center equity, inclusion, and global competence.

At MissionCriticAI, Molly develops outreach strategies that speak directly to teens—building trust, sparking curiosity, and fostering autonomy through metaphor-rich storytelling and cautionary design. She excels at cross-sector collaboration, grant writing, and strategic partnerships with corporations, NGOs, and universities. Her creative instincts—especially in naming, marketing, and social media—ensure that MissionCriticAI’s teen-facing content is not only emotionally honest and culturally responsive, but also engaging, scalable, and strategically aligned with the platform’s mission.
